From your point of view, why this farm is interesting to be followed in R4D ?
Former state farm. since 2015, the company is managed by two brothers. very much attention is paid to animal welfare (as seen in the barn). Barn converted from a tethering system to a free stall system. Production based on lease of buildings and land. They are looking to expand their cow herd and labor-saving systems.
Technical issues involved on this farm
Milk yield: 9500 l/cow; fat content: 3,83%, protein content: 3,37%. Somatic cells 400K (but sometimes even 800K)
