Improving labour organisation in dairy farms is very important to improve the resilience of the farms.
A webinar (23/6/2023) addressed the topic of labour efficiency in dairy farms in Flanders, Belgium. The objective was to improve the efficiency of participants' dairy farms, reduce workload, and strengthen cooperation with their staff or family members.
